I'm glad I knew Jean

I met Jean on 25th November 2008, from then on we struck up a special friendship. In many ways Jean was like a Granny to me, and many times she'd refer to me as her Grandson. I loved her stories and her wicked sense of humour. Her many stories about Brown and her family. Jean usually won the quizzes I'd hold in the home, and if I told her she was wrong on a question, I'd certainly hear about it. Even though Jean was 93 on her last birthday she certainly didn't look it. If theres anything I take from my friendship with Jean it will be her sense of humour. Theres been manys a row we had, but one things for sure, we never fell out for too long. Jean I will miss you... sitting at your armchair telling people to move their arses cause you couldn't see past them... all the best Jean... safe journey home to Donegal... I'm sure Sure they'll all be waiting on you with a Scotch Whiskey... God Bless you x I'll never forget you :) Joe Watson
